My baby passed on Friday, the 23rd of Ocotber. Dracüla (mainly “Bebé”) was the first animal companion I had as a young adult and we blossomed into an inseparable force. The fact that I couldn’t fit as many photos in this post brought so much warmth as I recollect just how much she saw and lived. She loved to travel, listen to vinyl records, watch me paint, and snuggle with mami.

She had sudden health complications and I decided to make the most painful decision of letting my baby go to her next journey. She passed peacefully in my arms as I sang her favorite songs and praised her as if we were simply going home. We always want our fur babies to live 100+ human years, but alas her energy had outgrown her physical body and I allowed her to be free to roam the universe.

It’s been waves of emotion, but her life was full of adventures, happiness, and the purest of love, that being able to have lived it together was the most beautiful gift to have given one another.✨🩷🐈 23/03/2015 — ⋆˙∞˚.⁺

我的小宝贝于星期五离开了。Dracüla（大家更常叫她“宝宝”）是我成年后迎来的第一位动物伙伴。从那时起，我们就成了形影不离的一对。虽然这篇动态里没能放下所有我想分享的照片，但每当想起她经历过、见证过的一切，心里便充满温暖。她喜欢旅行、听黑胶唱片、看我画画，也喜欢和妈妈依偎在一起。

后来，她的健康状况突然出现并发症，我不得不做出人生中最痛苦的决定：让我的小宝贝启程，去往下一段旅程。她在我怀里安详地离开。我一边为她唱最喜欢的歌，一边轻声说着满是爱意的话，仿佛我们只是一起踏上了回家的路。我们总希望毛孩子能陪伴我们超过一百个“人类年”；可或许她的灵魂早已超越了身体所能承载的，于是我放她自由，让她去漫游宇宙。

这段时间，我经历了情绪的起伏。但她的一生充满冒险、快乐与最纯粹的爱；我们能一路相伴，毫无疑问，是彼此送给对方最美好的礼物。✨🩷🐈 23/03/2015 — ⋆˙∞˚.⁺

Mi pequeña partió el viernes. Dracüla (mas llamada Bebé) fue la primera compañera animal que tuve al empezar mi vida adulta, y juntas nos convertimos en un dúo inseparable. Aunque no pude incluir todas las fotos que hubiera querido en esta publicación, me llena de calidez recordar todo lo que ella vivió y presenció. Le encantaba viajar, escuchar discos de vinilo, verme pintar y apapacharse con mami.

Surgieron complicaciones repentinas de salud y tuve que tomar la decisión más dolorosa: dejar que mi pequeña empezara su siguiente viaje. Se fue en paz, entre mis brazos, mientras le cantaba sus canciones favoritas y le dedicaba palabras llenas de amor, como si simplemente estuviéramos volviendo a casa. Siempre deseamos que nuestros compañeros peludos vivan más de cien años humanos; pero, al parecer, su energía había superado a su cuerpo físico, así que la dejé libre para que pudiera recorrer el universo.

He pasado por olas de emociones, pero su vida estuvo llena de aventuras, felicidad y el amor más puro; haber compartido ese camino juntas fue, sin duda, el regalo más hermoso que pudimos darnos la una a la otra.✨🩷🐈 23/03/2015 — ⋆˙∞˚.⁺
